Crimsin Charity Calendar - Terms & Conditions

By signing up to participate in the Crimsin Charity Calendar 2024, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

   • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of submission.

   • You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up.

2. Submission Guidelines

   • All photos submitted must be your original work or you must have full rights and permissions to submit them.

   • Crimsin requires at least five good quality images for the calendar. By signing up, you agree to provide these upon request.

   • Photos must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content. Crimsin reserves the right to reject any submissions deemed unsuitable.

   • By submitting a photo, you grant Crimsin the right to use your image in the charity calendar, promotional materials, social media, and related marketing activities without any further compensation.

   • All photos must be in Crimsin's lingerie.

3. Selection Process

   • Crimsin reserves the right to select images for the calendar based on their discretion. Not all submissions will be included.

   • Decisions regarding the selection of photos are final and cannot be appealed.

4. Copyright and Usage

   • By submitting your photo, you retain the copyright to your work. However, you grant Crimsin a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the photo in all media forms associated with the charity calendar and its promotion.

   • You agree not to sell or commercially exploit the image in a way that conflicts with the calendar’s distribution.

5. Privacy

   • Personal data collected during the signup process will be used solely for the purposes of this charity event and will be handled in accordance with Crimsin’s Privacy Policy.

   • Your contact details will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

6. Liability

   • Crimsin is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs as a result of your participation in this charity calendar.

   • Participants agree to release and hold harmless Crimsin and its affiliates from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising from their involvement in the calendar project.

7. Charity Contributions

   • All proceeds from the sale of the Crimsin Charity Calendar will go directly to the designated charity (More Radio Toy Appeal) after deducting production and distribution costs.

   • Crimsin will provide a full financial report upon request after the campaign ends.

8. Amendments

   • Crimsin reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email or social media.
